UK ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30-day return period for unworn purchases for orders from UK mainland and Northern Ireland only. Please see our Terms of Sale for full terms of our policy.
We advise you to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. We do not recommend trying on our shoes on wooden, laminated or delicate surfaces as this may damage the product.
Returns cost £1.95 and will be payable when you generate and book your return.
You will be charged per parcel you return, if multiple returns are made on the same order, additional fees will apply. To save on returns costs, it's best to return your items in one parcel.
Please note, if you have multiple orders/order numbers, these must be booked separately on the portal and labels created for each of those with individual tracking numbers. Please do not combine these orders as they could become lost. We are unable to refund orders that are not generated on the portal.
The return cost is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed from the date you send your parcel back to us. You'll receive an email when your refund has been received and another email to let you know it's been processed.
Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept then unfortunately we will be unable to assist with returns queries.
Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only, and if returned, is not valid for any subsequent purchases.
Did your shoeaholics.com order get sent by a Kurt Geiger store?
Occasionally, if an item is unavailable in our warehouse, we can source this stock from one of our stores to fulfill. These items will be sent directly from one of our stores, subject to availability, and usually takes 5-7 days for delivery.
If you need to return this item please send back to our warehouse. Details can be found here. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted in our Kurt Geiger or Shoeaholics stores.
UK IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY
All items purchased in our outlet stores are "sold as seen" and we do not offer refunds or exchanges where items are unwanted.
Your statutory rights are not affected, and we are happy to offer an exchange or refund in instances where items have a genuine manufacturing fault or are deemed unfit for purpose.
Can I return my Shoeaholics.com purchase to a Shoeaholics store?
Please note that Shoeaholics online purchases cannot currently be returned to Shoeaholics outlet stores. Our store teams will be unable to assist with any online purchase queries. Please follow the above instructions in order to return your item for a refund.
Can I return my store purchase to the warehouse?
Please also note that items purchased in our Shoeaholics outlet stores may not be returned using the listed returns methods. Items purchased from stores must be returned via the original store of purchase and will not be refunded if returned to our online warehouse.
