What Is Your Online Returns Policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

This applies to orders from the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, and all online orders from shoeaholics.com must be returned to our warehouse — sadly, our Shoeaholics outlet stores are currently unable to accept these returns.

  • We recommend trying on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are sure you want to keep them.
  • Returned items must be unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box, as the box is considered part of the product.
  • We strongly advise against trying shoes on wooden, laminated, or delicate surfaces to prevent damage.

Return Costs & Process

  • Returns cost £1.95, payable when you generate and book your return.
  • You will be charged per parcel you return. If you make multiple returns for the same order, additional fees will apply.
  • To reduce costs, we recommend returning all items from the same order in one parcel.

Important Information

  • If you have multiple orders or order numbers, each return must be booked separately in the returns portal.
  • Each return must have its own label and tracking number. Do not combine different orders in one parcel, as they may become lost.
  • We are unable to refund orders that have not been processed through the returns portal.
  • The £1.95 return fee is non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges for online orders. If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
  • Please ensure you obtain and keep proof of return, as we are unable to assist with return queries if proof is missing.
  • Your refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive your parcel, and we’ll keep you updated with email notifications once your refund has been received and processed.

A Few Special Return Guidelines

  • Earrings and hair accessories can only be returned if faulty (due to hygiene reasons).
  • Swimwear: You can return it both in-store and online, but please try it on over your underwear and make sure the protective hygiene adhesive strip stays intact. If this strip has been removed or the items are soiled, we may not be able to accept the return.

A Quick Note About Discounts

  • Any promotional discounts applied to your original purchase will not carry over if you return an item and place a new order.
  • Discounts are only valid for the original purchase and cannot be reapplied.
