You can keep an eye on your return every step of the way!
Simply visit the Evri website and enter your 16-digit Evri tracking number.
You’ll find this number either on the Returns Portal or on the proof of return receipt you received from the parcel shop or courier when you sent your parcel back.
What If I Don’t Have My Proof of Postage?
We always recommend keeping hold of your proof of postage receipt, just in case.
Unfortunately, if you don’t have this and there’s a problem with your return, we won’t be able to assist with your refund – so please keep it safe until everything’s sorted.
