I’ve lost my dispatch note/order invoice, what can I do?

The dispatch note does make it easier for our warehouse to process your return but don't worry if you don't have this.

In the absence of a dispatch note/order invoice please either print a copy of your email order confirmation or write your order number, name and email address on a piece of paper and place it inside your return.

Please ensure you keep your proof of postage for the return and hold onto this until your refund has been received.

Please note, we are unable to issue a refund for any orders returned that contain no customer information.
