UK deliveries may be made any time between 8.00am and 9.00pm.
Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window. However, if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave the parcel with a neighbour. Details of how you can manage this can be found here.
Please note that deliveries may be subject to courier delays over busy periods. Please check your tracking for real-time courier updates.
Check the address carefully when placing the order as any errors can cause delays with your order. Postage charges are non-refundable in the event an error has been made.
Free Standard Delivery for orders over £100
We now offer free standard delivery when you spend over £100.
The delivery charge will automatically be removed when your basket reaches £100 or more.
