Why Is My Item Being Sent From A Store?

Most of our items are shipped directly from our UK warehouse. However, if an item is out of stock online, we may occasionally source it from one of our Carvela or Kurt Geiger stores, subject to availability.

Delivery Options for Store-Sourced Items

  • International and Next Day Delivery services are not available for items sourced from our stores.
  • These items can only be shipped within the UK using Standard Delivery.

What to Expect at Checkout

If your order (or part of your order) is being shipped from one of our stores, you’ll see this message at checkout:

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery for store-sourced items is up to 5 working days.
  • During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer if we need to source your items from multiple locations. We’ll always notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Delivery

Store-sourced orders are shipped via FedEx.

  • You can track your order here using your tracking number.
  • Not going to be in? Use the tracking page to manage your delivery and set up email or text alerts.

Important Note

If you leave special delivery instructions (such as leaving your parcel in a safe place), you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it’s delivered.

Returning Your Order

Shoeaholics online purchases cannot currently be returned to Shoeaholics outlets, Kurt Geiger or Carvela stores.

If you wish to return an online order that was sent from one of our stores, simply return back to the warehouse as per our online Returns Policy
