What do I do if my item is faulty?

We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, in the unlikely event your product develops a fault, please get in touch with our After Care team here who will be happy to assist you with this.

Please ensure you include your full name, order number, and a few images of the issue/fault.



If your item was purchased in one of our Shoeaholics stores, please pop into the store of purchase where the staff in store will be able to inspect the item. Do not send these back to our online distribution center as the team are unable to assist with store purchases.

After inspection, should the item be deemed as faulty, the store will be able to assist in a return for you.

Please ensure you take your proof of purchase with you.
