What Happens After You Place Your Order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number.

When your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send you a second email with your dispatch confirmation.

Delivery Notifications

As your order makes its way to you, the courier will keep you updated via text and/or email with your estimated delivery time.

Delivery Times

Deliveries, parcels can arrive anytime between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Please make sure there’s access to the delivery address during this time.

If you’re not home, the courier may:

  • Leave your parcel in a secure location
  • Deliver to a neighbour

Please note: By leaving delivery instructions, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it’s delivered.

Our Couriers

mceclip0.png For orders shipped with EVRi you can track your order via their email and/or text notification. The notification will include a 16 digit tracking code that can be used on their App or website.
DPD-logo-2015.png Orders shipped with DPD will be for our Next Day Delivery service. Using the tracking details in your confirmation email, you can track your order on their App or website. DPD allows for management of your delivery preferences including safe-place delivery, delivering to a neighbour or local pick-up shops.
FedEx will ship orders that have been sourced from one of our stores. To track your order and manage preferences please visit their website
