At Shoeaholics, we work hard to process and pack your orders as quickly as possible — so they reach you without delay! Because of this, we’re unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed.
This includes:
- Changing the email address
- Modifying the size or colour of items
- Adding or removing items
- Updating the delivery address
- Applying promo codes after checkout
As it is not possible to cancel or amend your order, you can return the order to us for a full refund with our returns options here.
Entered the Wrong Delivery Address?
Don’t worry — if you’ve spotted a mistake with your delivery address, just get in touch with our team as soon as possible. Please share:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the order
- Your order number
- The correct shipping address
We’ll do our very best to help, but please be aware that once your order is confirmed, changes aren’t always possible.
If your parcel ends up being delivered to the original address and can’t be retrieved, we unfortunately won’t be able to take responsibility for it. That said, we’re always here to assist — so if you have any questions, feel free to reach out here!
