Why is my item being sent from a store?

Normally our items are shipped from our UK warehouse but if there is no more stock available we can occasionally source stock from our Kurt Geiger stores (subject to availability).

Due to this, you will not be able to select Next Day Delivery services. Items sourced from one of our stores can only be shipped within the UK on a standard delivery service.

You will see this message at checkout advising you of this and the time frames for delivery*


*During our busy peak periods, this delivery time frame may increase as we attempt to source your item(s) from more than one location but we will always notify you by email once this has been dispatched.


If your online order is being sourced from one of our stores, this will be sent by FedEx.
