According to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK customers have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel a purchase.
Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at help@shoeaholics.com quoting your order number.
In this case, you must return any cancelled items received by you to us within 14 days of your cancellation and we will provide, within 14 days of receipt of your notice or, if applicable 14 days of receipt of cancelled items, if this is later, a full refund for unused items returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
