What is your store returns policy?



All items purchased in our outlet stores are "sold as seen" and we do not offer refunds or exchanges where items are unwanted.

Your statutory rights are not affected, and we are happy to offer an exchange or refund in instances where items have a genuine manufacturing fault or are deemed unfit for purpose. For this, please visit the original Shoeaholics outlet where the purchase was made in. Be sure to take along your proof of purchase with you.


Can I return my Shoeaholics.com purchase to a shop?

Please note that Shoeaholics online purchases cannot currently be returned to Shoeaholics outlets stores. Our store teams will be unable to assist with any online purchase queries. Please follow the instructions here to return your item for a refund.


Can I return my store purchase to the warehouse?

Please also note that items purchased in our Shoeaholics outlet stores may not be returned using the online returns methods. Items purchased from stores must be returned via the original store of purchase and will not be refunded if returned to our online warehouse.
