We want you to love your purchase, but it’s important to know that all items bought in Shoeaholics outlet stores are sold as seen. This means we do not offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted items, so we encourage you to check your items carefully before completing your purchase.

UK In-Store Returns Policy

  • "Sold as Seen" Policy
    All items purchased in Shoeaholics outlet stores are final sale. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item has a genuine manufacturing fault.
  • Faulty Items
    Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If an item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

How to Return a Faulty Item:

  • Visit the original Shoeaholics outlet store where you made your purchase.
  • Bring your proof of purchase (original till receipt or e-receipt).
  • Our in-store team will be happy to assess the item and assist you.

Please Note: Returns can only be processed at the original store of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Shoeaholics store returns via our online warehouse or any of our Kurt Geiger or Carvela outlets.
