- Value codes are single-use only and cannot be exchanged, transferred for cash or applied to delivery fees on orders.
- Please keep the value code safe as we are unable to replace any lost or deleted codes.
- If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the value code you receive will reflect any savings from this. For example, if your original order had a 10% discount applied, that discount amount will be included in the 'value code' provided.
- We are unable to reissue the code if the order or items are returned however this doesn't affect your statuary rights.
- To use the full value of this code, your order total must exceed the code's value by at least £1 after the code is applied. If your order is less than the code's value, any remaining balance will be lost and cannot be reissued.
