My order is not showing on the Returns Portal - How do I return?

So sorry about that but not to worry, we can assist with this.

Firstly, please ensure the item you are returning is not out of the timeframe to return as this may be a reason why the portal is not accepting the order. Our Returns Policy can be viewed here.

Please note this service is only available for UK customers for orders that start with 550. Please do not use this option if your order number does not match or if have purchased in one of our Shoeaholics Outlet stores. For help with a store purchase please click here.

If the item meets the requirements to send back to us please follow the below instructions to book your return to us.

Don't forget to include your returns note inside the parcel. If you don't have this paperwork anymore please click here for help with how to proceed.

ONLINE RETURNS VIA EVRi - DROP OFF AT YOUR LOCAL EVRi PARCELSHOP

Please note this service is only available for UK customers for orders that start with 550 Please do not use this option if your order number does not match or if have purchased or placed an in-store order in person or over the telephone in one of our Kurt Geiger stores/concessions.

1. Your returns note will have a EVRi shipping sticker label included. Package up your items and include your completed returns note.

2. Attach the EVRi shipping label to the parcel ensuring all previous labels have been removed/covered and take to any EVRi Parcel shop. Find your nearest at EVRi parcel store.

No returns shipping label?

Book your return online here. All you need is your order reference number, email address, reason for returning the parcel.
Choose your return method from the below.

Have a printer at home?
Just print out your returns label, stick it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest ParcelShop here. 

Don’t have a printer?
Don’t worry - Use EVRi Print In-Store machines to print your label if you’ve booked online.
Just bring the QR code with your parcel to your nearest ParcelShop to print your label.
You can check which ParcelShops near you have a print in-store service here. 

3. Ensure to obtain and keep proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.  

Please note returns sent via EVRi can stay in their network for up to 14 days before being delivered back to our warehouse. Kindly allow this time before contacting us.

BOOK AN EVRi COLLECTION

For your convenience, EVRi can pick up your returns from you. You don’t even need to leave the house!

Please note, you will need to print the label at home for this service.

1. Complete your returns note and include it with your packaged items.

2. Visit https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel to book your collection on a date that suits you. You will need your order number for this.

3. You will then be issued a returns shipping label. Attach the EVRi shipping label to the parcel ensuring all previous labels have been removed/covered

4. Once courier arrives to collect your parcel, ensure to obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.  

In the event EVRi fail to collect on this day, please check your tracking to see if another collection has been rescheduled or you may need to re-book another one here
