Can I return an online order to a store?

 

Can I return my Shoeaholics.com purchase to a shop?

Unfortunately not. Shoeaholics online purchases cannot currently be returned to Shoeaholics outlets stores. Our store teams will also be unable to assist with any online purchase queries.

Please book your returns on our Returns Portal. Information on this can be found here and follow the below instructions in order to return your item for a refund.

ONLINE RETURNS VIA HERMES

1. Your returns note will have a Hermes shipping sticker included. Package up your items and include your completed returns note.

2. Attach the Hermes shipping label to the parcel ensuring all previous labels have been removed/covered and take to any Hermes Parcel shop. Find your nearest at Hermes parcel store.

3. Ensure to obtain and keep proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.

BOOK A HERMES COLLECTION

For your convenience, Hermes can pick up your returns from you. You don’t even need to leave the house!

1. Your returns note will have a Hermes shipping label (sticker) included. Package up your items and include your completed returns note.

2. Attach the Hermes shipping label to the parcel ensuring all previous labels have been removed/covered and visit Hermes to book your collection. You will need your order number for this.

3. Pick your preferred date for the collection and look out for text/email notifications advising you of the collection times. In the event Hermes fail to collect on this day, please check your tracking to see if another collection has been rescheduled or you may need to re-book another one here

4. Once courier arrives to collect your parcel, ensure to obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.
